Mechanical Connector

Features

The Mechanical Field-Mountable Fiber Optic Connector (FMC) is designed to simple the connection without fusion splicing machine. This connector is quick assembly which requires only normal fiber preparation tools: cable stripping tool and fiber cleaver.

The connector adopts Fiber Pre-Embedded Tech with superior ceramic ferrule and aluminum alloy V-groove.. Also, transparent design of the side cov r which allows visual inspection.

It could be applied to drop cable and indoor cable.

SMAD

Sm@d™ is an optical adapter that incorporate a SIM memory.
On this memory is possible to read and write all information related to the optical link of adapter.

With this system it can be avoided to identify each link with labels, that often does not remain sticked to each cable and must be replaced every change of connection.
The Sm@d™ can also be used on cases where is not possible to use alternative identification systems, like RFID or barcode labels. The operations of write and read can be done through the “Sm@d™ card reader”, directly connected with bluetooth to a terminal, like smartphone, tablet or PC.

Through these terminals will be also possible to update in real time the databases.

U-Band Reflector

Features

FBG ID Connector, with optical connector at on end, and optical adapter at the other end, is easy for fiber connector.

When wavelength interrogator send certain ranged WDM signals to FBG ID Connector, the FBG will reflect certain wavelengths, so as to detect the fiber connection.

If there is no breakage of the fiber, the telecom wavelengths other than FBG wavelength will pass through successfully.

These reflectors are used to create reflectance at the termination of a passive optical network (PON) without disturbing traffic.
