Splice-On connectors SC/APC are field-installable and represent an ideal solution for fast installations and in particularly difficult context. This type of connectors offer a fast execution time without the need for special crimping systems but rather using the splicer machine that is usually equipped with a plastic holder to allow the splice between the connector itself and the chosen 900um or 250um fiber cable.
